From file to part.
CNC machining for prototypes and low-volume production. Small aluminum, brass, copper, and plastic parts, cut from your CAD and checked against your drawing before they ship.
We are engineers first. Every job gets a design review before it is quoted, and every toolpath runs in simulation before it touches material.
What we make
3-axis milling of prismatic parts, pockets, profiles, and 3D surfaces. Brackets, mounts, enclosures, fixtures, and one-off replacement parts.
Impression dies, forming dies, jigs, and soft jaws, machined in brass and aluminum. We build tooling for our own production, so we build it to be used.
Hydraulic press work up to 20 tons: urethane pad forming, embossing, and doming of thin copper, brass, and aluminum sheet.
Part marking, text, serial numbers, and fine relief work with V-bit and micro tooling.
Existing designs get a DFM review that names the features driving cost. Have a sketch instead of a model? We design the part, then make it.
Capabilities
How a job runs
- 01Send the file.
A STEP model, plus a drawing for anything toleranced. Mutual NDA first if you need one.
- 02Review and quote.
DFM notes come back with the price: which features add cost, and how to remove them if you want to.
- 03Simulate, then cut.
Toolpaths are generated in-house and run through a full material-removal simulation and an automated pre-flight check against the CAD model. Problems are found on screen, not in your part.
- 04Inspect and ship.
Critical dimensions are measured against the drawing and recorded before the part leaves. Inspection report on request.
